Library Board

The Salem Public Library provides free, open and equal access and service to all individuals and groups in the community. It accepts as its basic objective the provision and servicing of expertly selected materials which aid the individual in the pursuit of education, information, or research, and in the creative use of leisure time.

The Board of Trustees typically meets in the Quaker Room at the library on the third Monday of each month. Meetings typically begin at 4:30 p.m.  All meeting announcements are published in The Salem News.
